Jenna Alame Walker

Jenna Alame Walker is a real estate and business attorney with a practice focused on both routine and complex transactions across a broad range of industries. She advises clients on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development and construction matters, commercial leasing, financing and lending transactions, corporate organization and governance, and related business matters.

Jenna brings a pragmatic, business-minded approach to her work, shaped by experience on both the law firm and in-house sides of practice. She has served in a general counsel role overseeing legal, compliance, and risk matters for a growing business, as well as in real estate and corporate counsel positions at both large and boutique firms. This background allows her to understand not only the legal framework of a transaction, but also the commercial realities driving client decisions—helping clients move matters forward efficiently while managing risk thoughtfully.

Her practice frequently involves representing buyers, sellers, owners, developers, lenders, and investors in complex real estate transactions, as well as advising businesses on entity formation, governance issues, and operational matters that arise throughout the life cycle of a company. Clients value Jenna’s ability to translate legal issues into clear, actionable guidance and her commitment to remaining responsive, practical, and solutions-oriented throughout the deal process.

Jenna earned her Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2016 and received her Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Southern California in 2012. She is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association.

Outside of her practice, Jenna enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time outdoors with family and friends, especially when it involves checking another destination off her bucket list.
